Terms of Service

Welcome to TicketLux (ticket-lux.com). By accessing or using our platform, purchasing tickets, or registering as a user or partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.1 All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases made through TicketLux (ticket-lux.com) are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Event Organizer or required by local consumer law.

1.2 Cancelled Events

If an event is permanently cancelled by the Event Organizer, venue, or artist, a full refund of the ticket face value will be automatically issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Platform service fees, credit card processing fees, and delivery charges are non-refundable. TicketLux is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses incurred due to a cancellation.

1.3 Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refund eligibility is entirely subject to the policy set by the Event Organizer. TicketLux acts solely as a ticketing intermediary and does not control individual event refund windows.

1.4 Event Lineup and Venue Changes

Event talent lineups, set times, and specific room layouts within a venue are subject to change without prior notice. Changes to a performance lineup or minor schedule adjustments do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

1.5 Chargebacks and Fraud

Ticket holders agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback with their credit card company or bank for valid ticket purchases. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, TicketLux reserves the right to cancel all associated tickets immediately, blacklist the user account from future purchases, and pursue legal remedies to recover the funds.

2. Ticket Use and Restrictions

Tickets are issued for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale of tickets at prices above face value ("scalping") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Each ticket is unique and may only be used once — duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be denied entry.

You must comply with all venue rules, age restrictions, and local laws when attending an event. TicketLux reserves the right to cancel tickets without refund if a purchaser is found to have violated these Terms.

3. Age Restrictions

Certain events are restricted to attendees aged 18+ or 21+. It is your sole responsibility to verify age requirements before purchasing. Failure to meet age requirements at the door will not entitle you to a refund.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the age requirement for the event or are purchasing on behalf of a minor with full parental/guardian consent where permitted.

4. Platform Fees

TicketLux charges a platform service fee on all transactions, which is displayed clearly during checkout. This fee covers payment processing, platform infrastructure, customer support, and fraud protection. Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Liability Disclaimer

TicketLux is a ticketing marketplace and intermediary platform. We do not organise, produce, or control events. We are not liable for event cancellations, postponements, changes in lineup, venue conditions, personal injury, property damage, or any loss suffered by attendees at events.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TICKETLUX'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE TICKET IN QUESTION.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the TicketLux platform — including logos, designs, text, and graphics — is the property of TicketLux or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
